This year I went with Mom and D. Sorry there are so few photos... However, both D and I won awards in the contest! D was in the "For Glory" skit that one Best Skit and I won a Judges Award for my Emeraldas. :D

Oni-Con at the George R. Brown Convention Center on October 20-22
This was my first time going to a Houston convention... and I live in Houston. Also, I only went on Saturday. Also, I got careless and didn't set up the camera right... so a lot of the photos didn't come out too great. -.-;

AnimeFEST 2006 at the Hyatt Regency at Reunion Tower in Dallas on September 1-4
Mom and I went to this one. She said that she enjoyed this one more than A-kon... which I did too...

emu, my mom, nad I once again arrived on Thursday this year. It was a fun and organized A-kon, only I think that there were even more people this year. x_x

AnimeFEST at the Hyatt Regency at Reunion Tower in Dallas on June 9-11 2005

My very first road trip without a parent! Whoo! Right. Anyway, emu, Des and I all attended our very first AnimeFEST.

Of all three A-kons, I think this one was my favorite. We weren't rushed because we (emu, my mom, and me) arrived Thursday evening and had everything in the hotel room and even got to get our badges and free goodies early. It was even more organized than last year despite some of the last-minute schedule changes and such.

This convention was... very different from 14's. There was SPACE and we also had guys in the group, though they were in a seperate room. Mom and I got ourselves our own room, too. Anyways, this year's group consisted of emu (Edward from Full Metal Alchemist), D (Nami from One Piece), Des (Winly from Full Metal Alchemist), Natalee, Paul, Doug (Tifa from FFVII), Des's brother (Shuichi from Gravitation), and Sam (Envy from Full Metal Alchemist).

emu (Inu Yasha), emu's mom, Suu-chan (Millie from Sorceror Hunters), Meagan (Seishoumaru from Inu Yasha), Meagan's mom, D (Nightcrawler from X-Men), Des (Yuna from FFX2 and Inu Yasha), Gloria (Kagome from Inu Yasha), Natalee, my mom, and I all went to A-Kon!! It was my first anime con ever!
