Toriyama World has Hikaru no Go (which I suggest to everyone, Black Cat, +Anima, and more. Mainly has shonen manga.
Zelda no Densetsu has the manga and some doujinshi scanlated.
Mainly a shounen ai/yaoi place, but Apocripha/0 and Juvinile Orion (aka Aquarian Age) and several others are awsome-ness.
